This Natural Beauty short film has a powerful message about the excessive nature of cosmetics and the obsession with beauty and perfection that this society maintains. The “Natural Beauty” shoot emptied Ellis Faas cosmetics of seven bottles of foundation, two bottles of blush, two bottles of eye cream and three lip pens (side note: Ellis Faas lip pens are the greatest in the world). You always complain and cry about the things you don’t have ! You have more than the average kid has. And you say you’re gonna move out ? Boy , you can’t even wash your clothes or clean up your own room . You can’t even depend on yourself. What makes you think you can move out ? Oh because your mom always yell at you and tell you to clean your room? She does that cus she fucking cares. I would love to have a mom like that. But instead my mom decided to leave me with my dad. If you can support yourself , then prove it. Wash your clothes , make your own food , earn money instead of asking for it , and all that stuff. All I gotta say is good luck when you move out. You’ll see how the real world is when you have no one but yourself. When you do move out during your sophmore year like you planned , I’ll make sure mom and dad dont give you shit, because you need to learn how to support yourself. Not doing this because I’m mad. Its just something you need to deal with .
And once you come back and beg mom for forgiveness and tell her how you’re never going to leave again at this age I’m just gonna sit back and be like.
I wish
my mom wasn’t so ignorant at times. Like I love her and all but she can be so hard headed when it comes to my dad helping me. If the man gave you money to do something for me instead of you paying , wouldnt you want to accept the offer ? goddamn. Stop thinking you can do everything by yourself because I know you can’t do EVERYTHING independently .
